No RBTC_TEST balance shown in my vault account

Hi, I’m using the sandbox environment and trying some transfers with my RBTC_TEST wallet. I already sent rbtc to it through a faucet, the RSK explorer shows the correct balance, but the vault shows 0 balance. I also found there’s a POST method to refresh an address’ balance, but it returned http 500 {
“message”: “Unexpected error”,
“code”: 1007
}

Would somebody know why? is the RSK Testnet node ok?

Hello John,

Sagar from Fireblocks here. There seemed to be an intermittent issue causing the TX history and balance to not update, It should look better now.
