I created a token, Alysa Abernathy (AA),
on the Amoy testnet and registered it on Fireblocks. Now, I tried to transfer some tokens from one account to another, which failed due to a condition in the contract.
But now, fireblocks is showing the incorrect balance of the token in my main account. It has deducted the amount from the user’s balance, though the transaction failed.
The transaction here clearly failed. And the balance is 8000 as shown on amoy.polygonscan.com:
But in the fireblocks console, the balance shown is 6000:

Hi @shubhamsharma0040 thanks for that. i’ve refreshed the balance for that vault named eca878bf-76c2-4124-b345-bf7a267e0bcf
and the balance is in sync with what’s on-chain

Refreshing balances
Vault account balances are updated automatically for:
- Outgoing transactions: After the transaction is approved.
- Incoming transactions: After a recognized transaction is confirmed on the blockchain according to your workspace confirmation policy. Most blockchain networks require one confirmation by default. Learn more about the Deposit Control & Confirmation Policy.
Select Refresh balance
when viewing a vault account to refresh all listed asset wallet balances, including all deposit addresses for UTXO-based wallets.
