BTC Wallet Address not showing up in sandbox

The dashboard stays in this state.

Even the api returns null.

This only happens for BTC testnet. Eth addresses are displayed correctly.
Could you please help me out here please?

This is happening with all assets. None of testnet for Etherum like sepolia, base sepolia, arb sepolia working. Everywhere it’s showing like same.

Please see our status page for sandbox env.
Once it will be resolved you will be able to see the address
