Two questions regarding the Sandbox

Hey everyone, We are running into two problems on Sandbox mode:

  1. Any BTC transaction is failing with this error: “not enough gas fee” where can we even see what the gas fee is? We currently have around “0.000254” BTC in the account and are sending 0.000001

  2. We made a “COMPLETED” transaction on the ETH_TEST5 (from Metamask) to the account, it shows completed everything shows up, it even shows up in transactions, but in the vault it shows $0 next to the ETH_TEST5 wallet.

Why?
