Cannot Login to Production or Portal / MFA Error

I have not been able to login to either the production system (signed up for starter today) or the sandbox. I constantly get an error after entering either the MFA or Recovery Keys.

I also cannot sign in to https://support.fireblocks.io/hc/en-us/requests/new as I end up in an endless MFA loop.

If I request a password reset nothing arrives - I originally signed up for both using Google and am not sure what to do.

Did you receive an invitation email from Fireblocks after the purchase?
You should have received one and you need to follow the instructions in it.

In regards to the sandbox login:
Sandbox and production workspaces login pages are on different sub-domains. Please make sure that you are trying to login to Sandbox via:
https://sandbox.fireblocks.io

I did get the welcome email and was able to activate the production account. I am still getting an error when I try to access the sandbox. Yes - I am using the sandbox subdomain.

I can see that there was no Sandbox environment request coming from you hence you do not have a sandbox workspace created.

In order to get an access to Sandbox, you’ll need to submit the following form:
