Hi,
I created a sandbox using this user’s email. A few minutes later, I received an email inviting me to join the workspace on the sandbox, but when I tried to log in, the screen asked for a password. Everything seems fine, except that I never set up a password, so I can’t log in.
I also tried using the “Sign in with Google” option, but when I click it, a pop-up appears briefly before closing quickly, and then it asks for 2FA, which I never set up either.
When I attempt to reset the password, the reset email never arrives.
To write this message, I created another user with the same email here in the community.
Please help.
