Request to Reset 2FA on Sandbox and Live Accounts

I registered my Fireblocks account using Google Sign-In and would like to request a reset of my 2FA for both my Sandbox and Live accounts.

I urgently need assistance with a login issue that is preventing me from accessing my account.

I mistakenly created an account with the same email address both directly and via the Google sign-in option. Now, when attempting to log in, my authenticator app shows two codes, but entering either one results in: “The 2FA code is incorrect. Try again.”

This is also blocking me from logging into my production account, which is critical for my work.
