Unable to reset 2FA

Hi Fireblocks Support,

I accidentally deleted my Fireblocks Sandbox 2FA entry from Google Authenticator. Since then, I’ve been trying to access my account using the recovery codes, but I’m unable to reset or properly configure the 2FA again.

Could you please help me reset my 2FA so I can set it up properly?

The 2FA reset procedure for the US environment is different from the sandbox. Please submit a support ticket with the workspace details for the same.

2FA reset was performed for Sandbox login. Please log into Fireblocks Console and use the Local Authentication (i.e. Email + Password combination and not Google Auth)

For the US environment, please provide the workspace registered email address in the support ticket.
