Unable to Login or Reset Password for my sandbox account

I’m currently unable to log in to my account, and I’m also not receiving the password reset link on my registered email ID. As a result, I’m unable to reset my password or regain access.

I am working on the sandbox environment to complete the end-to-end flow testing, and this issue is blocking my progress.
Could you please look into this and assist me at the earliest?

You can now try logging in to your sandbox workspace using email harshala@supesa.io with the Google login method; it should work.
