Unable to login with 2FA

Hi. My account is [diniz.araujosa@rootstocklabs.com](mailto: diniz.araujosa@rootstocklabs.com). I cannot login with the current 2FA that Is setup for this email (throws “Something went wrong. Try again.” after I input the 2FA).
Can you please reset my 2FA, or provide any advise?

Can you please make sure that you are trying to login via:
https://sandbox.fireblock.io

and NOT via:
https://console.fireblocks.io

I still get “The 2FA code is incorrect. Try again.” error message using Fireblocks Console. Please reset my 2FA as I need to complete a task for my work and this is blocking me.

Sorry for the delay. We reset the 2FA.

The same behaviour persists.
After the login with google SSO, it just asked me to insert my 2FA, throwing the same error.

If the 2FA was in fact reseted, I was expecting having to set it up again.
