ERROR -- Unable to login with 2FA

Hi. My account is [jormel.figueroa@rootstocklabs.com]. I cannot log in with the current 2FA that Is set up for this email (throws “Something went wrong. Try again.” after I input the 2FA).
Could you please reset my 2FA?

I’ve actually tried logging in at the URL: Fireblocks Console

but it still doesn’t work.

Hi @jormel I see that you have two 2FAs set up - Google auth and email/password.

You last used the 2FA set up via Google Auth but in our sandbox env, i see that you are meant to log in via email/password.

Would you like to try using the other 2FA if you have it? Otherwise we can reset the 2FA for you on our end.

Hello, I deleted both 2FAs-google. Could you please delete them to set up a new one and let me know whether I have to log in via Google or email/password?

@jormel which is your login method of choice? We can reset the 2FA for that specific method.
