Workspace owner locked out due to “Invalid sign-in method”

Hello Fireblocks Support team,

I’m posting here to request official support intervention, as I am currently unable to resolve a critical account access issue and have not received a response via the standard support channel.

Background:

  • I am the workspace owner

  • Login completes credential entry and Google Authenticator (2FA)

  • Authentication then fails with the following error:

“Invalid sign-in method. You might be using a different sign-in method than the one you used to sign up.”

What has been attempted:

  • No password reset option is available

  • The system instructs contacting the workspace owner, but I am the owner

  • Google Authenticator 2FA fails

  • 2FA recovery codes have also been attempted and fail

  • No alternative sign-in method (e.g. Google OAuth) is presented

This results in a complete workspace owner lock-out with no self-service recovery path.

I have already contacted support@fireblocks.io regarding this issue over a week ago, but have not yet received a response. As this blocks all administrative access to the workspace, I’m requesting assistance through this channel to ensure the issue is properly escalated.

Thx

I can’t help, but similar to your post, I haven’t been able to raise any support on these channels since I joined. Trying to get in touch with Fireblocks to continue dev but no joy as of yet.

I have no idea what’s going on. :frowning:

I haven’t received any replies to my emails or here on the community……:sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face: :sad_but_relieved_face:
