2FA Broke and I can't sign-in nor recover it

I setted up 2FA on my Fireblocks account but after two days, it stopped accepting my codes, I checked the system time on both my PC and Phone and both of them are properly synced.

I tried then recovering the 2FA with the recovery code, but then the website says that the code is incorrect.

I’m soft locked out of the platform and I would like help to solve this.

You should be able to have the owner of your workspace reset your 2FA codes. I did not find any sandbox workspace for you, only a production workspace. Lets see if the Owner can reset your 2FA.
