Hi @eaparecido , The 2FA reset procedure for the US environment is different from the sandbox. Please submit a support ticket with the workspace details for the same.

Hello @eaparecido 2FA reset was performed for Sandbox login. Please log into Fireblocks Console and use the Local Authentication (i.e. Email + Password combination and not Google Auth)
