2FA reset error on Sandbox environment

I am unable to reset my colleague’s 2FA on Sandbox and got an error message something went wrong and on the network tab, for reset_user_2fa it obtained response of gateway timeout error 504. Could you please help to reset the 2FA, thank you.

Hello @Reno : This was done, Please have tech@themoonlab.co log into the Fireblocks Console using the Google Authentication method. It should show them the QR code to setup 2FA.
