We are unable to connect vault account with Metamask Institutional in sandbox environment and getting the below mentioned error. But when tried on Testnet, we are able to connect. Any help is appreciated

I believe that you followed the guide here to configure MetaMask Institutional Wallet and connect your Fireblocks vault account to the extension. Please also make sure that you select > ‘Fireblocks Sandbox’ when prompted, to connect your metamask wallet.
