Cannot log into the production account

Hello,

I am trying to log into my production account with my email and password but it says:
Invalid sign-in method. You might be using a different sign-in method than the one you used to sign up (eg, a Google account instead of an email address and password).

Afterwards I tried with Google SSO as well and I still get the same message.

I have reached out to info@ and support@ emails, they are not responding to me.
I cannot use the help center page as it requires the user to be logged in.

Someone please help me with this issue, I paid 700 USD for the account and now I am getting 0 support with this urgent issue. I have been waiting for more than a week already.
