Log In Error ‘Someting went wrong’

I’m having trouble logging into the sandbox. After entering my 2FA code, I keep getting a message that says ‘something went wrong.’ I’m unable to log in. My email address is yangh@infstones.com. Could you please assist me with this issue? Thank you very much!Post Support related topics here.

Hi @bearfly can I confirm your log-in method? I see that in our systems you are set up to log in via email & password but your last attempt with via Google Auth.
