Hi, we’re experiencing an issue with Fireblocks’ communication. There have been no replies from the Business Developer Representative for over a week, same for support email info@fireblocks.com.
I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’d like to ask a question anyway.
We need someone from Fireblocks to check our environment. It appears that we only have access to the mainnet environment and not to the testnet.
We thought it was standard for the Essential plan to include access to both environments, so we’re wondering if we’re missing something.
