No support responses for Fireblocks community

Hi all,

I wanted to flag an issue I’m experiencing with the sandbox and see if others are in the same position.

Over the past few weeks I’ve tried to get my sandbox access extended and posted a couple of technical questions here, but haven’t had any response. I can see other developers reporting suggesting similar problems, which suggests there may be a broader issue with how sandbox support is currently being handled.

I’ve emailed info@fireblocks.com to raise this more formally and to ask that sandbox and developer community support be reviewed and better triaged, so that time-sensitive requests don’t get stuck.

Sharing here in case it helps others know they are not alone - and in the hope it can be picked up by the Fireblocks team.
