Fireblocks Network - Bridge Connection Activation Support Needed

Post SuppoWe are attempting to connect Bridge as a provider via the Fireblocks Network

for Payments. According to the Fireblocks Network Directory, Bridge has LIVE

integration status:

https://www.fireblocks.com/platforms/fireblocks-network/directory/bridge/

However, we are experiencing issues establishing this connection:

• Submitted connection request form on 05 Oct via Fireblocks Console

• No confirmation email or status update received

• Bridge does not appear in our available Network Connections

• Screenshot of current status attached

Unfortunately, the Fireblocks Network for payments is not available in the Sandbox environment. Please contact the Fireblocks Sales team to enable a Mainnet workspace.
