Any mechanism to recover ETH sent from (NDAX) using BASE network to (Shakepay) ERC20 only?
Recipient Address is a Hot wallet hosted by fireblocks i believe. Any direction would be appreciated.

Seems I have to connect a wallet to try and access that.
I tried to email support but was told I have to access it through the user support centre, but that introduced the hurdle of a corporate account.
Any idea how I can attempt to get in direct contact with them? Happy to pay associated fees to be honest.
