I've Lost Access to Authenticator App

I’ve lost access to my authenticator app, and I cannot access it, I tried creating a ticket here:

but it keeps redirecting me to login page, again and again.

Actually I needed to reset 2fa in 2 accounts:
bilalkureshi53@gmail .com and bkureshi @ fuelgo. net

We have reset the 2FA for both your accounts. Please complete configuring your 2FA following the document.
