Can't login fireblocks Sandbox : Workspace IP allowlist locked out

Hi, I’m unable to access my Fireblocks sandbox account. Could you please help me regain access?

The user bulapu@ripple.com is the only console user in their workspace, and you are blocked from logging in to the console page. Possibly, it could be, you activated the IP allowlist on your console, even before allowlisting your own IP address that locked you out of the workspace. Please confirm.
