My API user had been working correctly until recently when it encountered a pending_signature issue during the signing process. The only change I made was renaming the AWS EC2 instance that runs a cosigner process. I suspect the issue started after the renaming. Could this be the cause, or are there other potential factors involved? I would appreciate the help in resolving this problem. Thanks!
