403 Forbidden on Tokenization api in Sanbox

Hello, I’m trying to execute Tokenization api endpoint such as GET: {{baseUrl}}/tokenization/contracts with NonSigningAdmin user right with Sanbox
And receive “message”: “Forbidden resource”.

What should be done in order to be able to call Tokenization api endpoints?
