Somehow your system did not process my sign-up request. We have one sandbox account (devenvs@myunbox.com) registered successfully with my name “Night Kimura” couple of weeks ago. A week ago I tried to register another sandbox account for myself (“night” in the same domain) with the same name “Night Kimura” but right after system confirmed the email address it did not redirect me to set up a password for my account but asked for login instead which I did not have password yet at that moment…I guess because of name conflicts.
Since I was unable to complete the registration for my account I tried to register it again with a different name “Kimura Night” and I received nothing for the email validation. As well my colleague tried to register a sandbox account (“prodenvs” in the same domain) for another project of testing cryptocurrency payment method and never receive email validation since then. Does Fireblocks sandbox allow multiple accounts per domain?
You have successfully registered an NON_SIGNING_ADMIN user with your email ‘devenvs@myunbox.com’. You cannot use the same email to register additional user in the same sandbox env. You can use a different email address to create a new user account.
I used a different email night@myunbox.com trying to register another user account but fireblocks had never provided me a chance to set up a password. instead, asked me to login which I did not have password setup yet.

My colleague (Takuya Yamaguji, email: prodenvs@myunbox.com) has just tried to register a sandbox account but never received verification email:
That’s the one of issues I was talking about. Both email name “night” and “prodenvs” are the same domain myunbox.com. The registrations for both failed:
for “night” no password setup but asked login instead;
for “prodenvs” no verification email received.
Please help to get the registration of sandbox account done.
