We have created a wallet and account using the demo application, also used our Sandbox credentials. In the Sandbox, I can able to see the transaction lists but unable to see the Wallet and Account details. Do we need to enable any other options ?

NCW is only available via API. You will not find any details of NCW wallets on the console.
