When I go to my profile and enter the code 2FA I get the following message

Hi @mdklurk can I confirm if you signed up for a sandbox environment using this email address? I am unable to locate a log in with this email address.
However I do find a user with that email address pertaining to the Bit2lend S.A (API Test)
