Problem with log in how to reset your 2FA?

When I go to my profile and enter the code 2FA I get the following message
Something went wrong. Try again. Help me to remove 2FA from my account. My e-mail for the account: m.deryugin@spellsystems.com

Hi @mdklurk can I confirm if you signed up for a sandbox environment using this email address? I am unable to locate a log in with this email address.

However I do find a user with that email address pertaining to the Bit2lend S.A (API Test) workspace.
