Hello, I would like to mass pay customers using FireBlocks, I noticed that there is a way to create Payout instructions, but there it mentioned that I have to enable Payment Engine. How can I enable that,

Are you using our sandbox environment?
If so, payments feature is not available there and we can put you in contact with someone from the Sales team to grant you with an access to production.
