How to add a custom chain to FB

Hello Fireblocks team,

Recently, we accepted a large sum of NFTs in our Fireblocks wallet. But the asset resides on a Arbitrum Orbit Chain, which is a chain by itself. Since then we have been struggling to add the assets to view them in our Fireblocks wallet. We accepted the assets in our Fireblocks after reading somewhere in the forum that we can request for a custom chain from the support.

Looking for a quick resolution around this.

Hello @weibo - What is the Tenant Name? Also is this for a Sandbox environment or production mainnet environment, If it is indeed a Mainnet Production environment (sounds like it), Please open a Support Ticket using https://support.fireblocks.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
