I am getting error when doing a transaction

I am not setting any custom gas fees for this , and other tx works with the same code but this one fails
Hi @tan the transaction failed due to Error = Inconsistent nonce value
hey Wilfred , but why am I getting this error ? I am simply doing these steps … creating a tx and then in the frontend doing sdk.signtransaction(txId) … so not setting any custom nonce or anything so how to fix this issue ?
It might have been a momentary issue. Please retry the transaction again?
