When I receive the Webhook, I always see customerRefId as null. What is customerRefId and when will it be different from null?

I should also add that AML integration is a premium feature that requires additional purchase.
The customerRefId is used for End Client Identification, specifically for AML/CFT identification purpose.

The customerRefId will propagated if you have configured an AML integration.
The usage here is only for AML.
If you are looking for a way to correlate deposit addresses to users you should use the description parameter of the deposit address or the vault account name for the entire vault account.
