Sandbox account not activate

The sandbox account created with dev@upmount.co.kr is not activated. I’ve also completed 2FA setup.

This is an urgent matter, so could you please check it quickly?

On checking from our end, I see your user is with the NON_SIGNING_ADMIN role, with Google login method, and the user status is in ‘READY’.
