Not receiving link to Developer Sandbox

I have tried with 3 different business emails but I am unable to obtain access to the Developer Sandbox.

After submitting the form to get access to the Sandbox, I receive an email with the subject “Action required: Your Fireblocks Developer Sandbox” and a “VERIFY EMAIL” button. I click on the button and get taken to a page to submit my email address again, and I see this message after submitting:

Thank you for accepting the Fireblocks Testnet Workspace License Agreement!

You should receive a link to your Developer Sandbox via email shortly - don’t forget to check your spam folder!

However, I am not receiving any links to the sandbox in my email. I have tried this with 3 separate email addresses.
