I am currently facing an issue in our Fireblocks sandbox workspace Izichange (Testnet)
All required approvals have already been completed by the relevant administrators. However, the device still shows the following statuses:

Pending activation
-
Pending MPC key approval
It appears that the MPC key generation or activation process may be stuck.
Could you please help verify:
-
Whether the MPC key generation process is incomplete or blocked
-
If a device reset or reactivation is required
-
Or if any additional action is needed from our side
This issue is currently blocking our validation tests in the sandbox environment.
