I need to move the 2fa authenticator to another phone, but cant find out how to do it. The account is admin@whiterock.fi. I would appreciate either guidance on how to move it, or have the 2fa reset. Thanks.
Hi @whiterock could you confirm if this is for your Sandbox or Production account as I can see that the email address you shared has accounts in both.
If it is for Production env, please use this form and select User Operations > Reset 2FA for owner
