# Vetchain support problem

Dear support  
I’m writing as user of an app / company that use fireblocks as crypto provider

Some days ago I was moving sone tokens ( VET)to my address associated within the app

Unfortunately I made a mistake and I have used a wrong chain

Their support say that the funds are not lost but fireblocks integrations are not yet supporting Vet chain

Anyone here have some idea or solution how to recover them ?

The support ticket how can I open ? I’m not you client as I said I’m using a third part app (Swissborg) that using your services

Apologies, I misunderstood your original post. In this case, Swissborg will need to file a ticket with the relevant information and we will be able to help recover the funds.
