# Unable to complete Developer Sandbox registration invitation link error

I received a link to join sandbox (I have submitted my info and got acceptance mail), but the link was probably expired (as I’m not sure If I clicked the link, I remember as I did but didn’t put a password or anything at that time and right now when I try to reset password I get no link or email to my company mail.) and I got a message:  
"There was an error opening your invitation link. Try again later or request a new invitation.

I can’t take any action, I have tried to get signing up again but this time I don’t get any of the acceptance mail, first time it came just after 30 minutes. I don’t know how I can pass you my mail, or if I should write it here. Its the same mail on this developer portal account.
