Hi, I registered my Fireblocks account using **Google Sign-In** and would like to request a reset of my 2FA for both my **Sandbox** and **Live** accounts. Registered Email: [krunal@weisetech.com](mailto:krunal@weisetech.com) Please let me know if you need any additional verification or steps from my side to proceed. ---

Hi @Sagar@MaxVasilyev @SlavaSereb I urgently need assistance with a login issue that is preventing me from accessing my account. I mistakenly created an account with the same email address both directly and via the Google sign-in option. Now, when attempting to log in, my authenticator app shows two codes, but entering either one results in: “The 2FA code is incorrect. Try again.” This is also blocking me from logging into my production account, which is critical for my work. My email address is: [krunal@weisetech.com](mailto:krunal@weisetech.com) Please help me resolve this as soon as possible, as it is impacting my ability to proceed with urgent tasks.
