Hi all I’ve whitelisted a custom token, but I’m encountering issues with fee estimation and withdrawals for this token. Interestingly, this issue doesn’t occur with other tokens I’ve whitelisted, such as a custom USDT token, which seems to have the price feed recognized automatically. I’m wondering if the problem might be related to the price feed — possibly the token isn’t getting one like the others. Could you help me confirm if this is the case, and if so, guide me on how I can resolve it? Any insights would be greatly appreciated! ---

Hey @Wilfred . The token name is Monkey Token, contract: 0x2e9eBD7dC93585993d3456820426151f95957EE1 The token is on Amoy Testnet, and I work in sandbox mode. ---

Hi @shubhamsharma0040 can you share a screenshot of what you are seeing? I am unable to find a balance of `MNK` inside the tenant `AGG Group Business Consulting - George Zahariev` I do see that the asset has been listed in the workspace but no asset wallets exist. Hey @Wilfred I am attaching the screenshot of the error I am getting. 2 users have 99 MNK tokens right now, and I am trying to withdraw tokens from one account to the other. Hey @Wilfred Turns out there was a hold time set in the contract and due to this, the transfer was stopped. Though I wonder why fireblocks didn’t return a proper error from the contract as it was supposed to. Anything I should change to get that response? Thanks for the help. ---

Hi @shubhamsharma0040 you don’t have to change anything to get that response. unfortunately the only way is to raise the error via this community forum and we will do our best to assist developers. We are in the process of improving the error mapping and improving the user experience. ---
