# Internal Fireblocks Error on approve erc20 Call

Hi. I’m trying to accomplish a ERC20 Contract call (approve) and I receive an “Internal Fireblocks error”.

This is one of the transactions ids: 4352c57e-95b6-4887-9d5e-71909c4bd7c8

I’m trying on sandbox, with Sepolia Testnet. Can you check on your side?

Hi @damian7330 ,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

The transaction had failed due to the missing parameter ‘amount’ in the transaction payload. For contract\_call transaction, provide ‘0’ in the amount field.

`message:Transfer failed! reason = MISSING_REQUIRED_FIELD_IN_TRANSFER_REQUEST`

`message:Missing transfer request parameter: amountNative`

Please check and initiate a new transaction.
