# How to add users in console

Hi Vinay, you should be able to go to the Settings icon on the top right of the console. Once there, you can access the Users page, which allows you to create a console user or API user.

Hi Mohammed, Thank you for your response. I added 2 Users in the workspace before unfortunately, I deleted them, and now the “add user” button is disabled. How can I activate them.

Hello Fireblocks Support,

I have been waiting for access to my Fireblocks Workspace. I contacted Pierre Hedzer Marchi about 3 days ago, but I have not received a response yet.

My account is already active, but I still cannot access the Fireblocks Console/Workspace.

Could you please check the status of my access and confirm whether the Workspace invitation has been sent to my registered Proton Mail address?

If the invitation has not been sent yet, could you please help me get access?

Hi Mohammad, thank you for your response.

My issue is not related to Sandbox webhooks. I am trying to access an existing Production Workspace.

The Fireblocks login page specifically tells me to ask Pierre Hedzer Marchi to add me as a Workspace user. I contacted Pierre more than 10 days ago, but I have not received a response yet.

Because I cannot access the Production Workspace, I also cannot use the Workspace’s internal support channel.

Could you please help me escalate this to the appropriate Fireblocks Support/Customer Success team for Production Workspace access?

My project is EduardoBillion / EBL. I need to verify whether my user profile is associated with the correct Production Workspace and whether the Workspace invitation can be resent or activated.

I don’t currently know the exact Workspace name because I cannot access it.
