# Fireblocks Testnet – Limited Asset Support Issue (BTC\_TEST & USDC\_NOBLE\_TEST only)

Hi everyone,

We’re currently integrating with **Fireblocks testnet environment** and running into a limitation that we’re unable to resolve.

**Issue Summary**

In our testnet workspace, only the following assets are working:

BTC\_TEST

USDC\_NOBLE\_TEST

However, **all other assets are failing with “asset not supported” errors** , including:

- ETH (e.g., ETH\_TEST, ETH\_TESTNET)

- USDT (ERC20/TRC20 variants)

- SOLANA

- BSC / Arbitrum / other chains

We’ve tried multiple combinations like:

- ETH\_TEST

- ETH\_TESTNET

- USDT\_ETH\_TEST

- USDT\_TRX\_TEST

- SOL\_TEST

- BSC\_TEST

- ARBITRUM\_TEST

All of them return:

> “The asset is not supported by Fireblocks”

### **Questions**

1. **Is Fireblocks testnet restricted to only a few assets (like BTC + Noble USDC)?**

2. **Is there a way to enable additional testnet assets in sandbox?**

3. Are we missing any:

4. Is **full asset testing only possible in production workspace?**

5. Any recommended approach for **testing multi-chain flows (ETH, USDT, SOL)** before going live?

- Best practices for **multi-asset testing in Fireblocks**

- Workarounds (mocking, simulation, hybrid approach)

- Confirmation if this is a **known sandbox limitation**

Any guidance or confirmation from others who faced this would be really helpful 🙏

Hi @thiruaxora

You can see the API ID for assets that we support via the (i) icon. Separately you may call the get asset endpoint here: [List assets](https://developers.fireblocks.com/reference/listassets)

We support most of the testnets of major chains for you to test. You just have to be mindful of the ID we attach to the asset.
