This Fireblocks Content Policy (“Policy”) applies to your use of the Fireblocks Community, a digital forum enabling you to post, comment, discuss, learn, support, and connect with people also using Fireblocks’ Services. Fireblocks may update this Policy in its sole discretion by posting an updated version of this policy at [www.fireblocks.com](http://www.fireblocks.com) and such update will be effective upon posting. Rules 1. Participation. When participating in the Fireblocks Community, please keep the following rules in mind: 2. Violations. Your violation of this Policy will be considered a material breach of the user agreement governing Your use of the Fireblocks Community. 3. Prohibited Material. Enforcement ## Official Communication Policy To ensure the security and integrity of our community, we want to make it clear that Fireblocks employees will never send links to any support tickets, live chats, or any external resources that provide direct support outside of this community channel. We will not initiate direct messages to users under any circumstances. All official communication and support will be provided within the relevant topics on this forum, with references exclusively to official Fireblocks documentation and resources. We strongly advise users not to open or follow any other links or accept any assistance offered outside of this channel. This policy is in place to protect our users from potential scams and to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the support provided. In addition, any Fireblocks employee has a title of “Fireblocks Employee” that appears next to the user name. ---
