# Cannot login to sandbox console, but API user/private works

Usually I log in using [https://console.fireblocks.io/v2/login](https://console.fireblocks.io/v2/login). There was “Environment” selector on top where I could select “Sandbox” and log in properly using email/password combo. Today the selector is missing and I cannot log in into console.

Previously created API user and workspace is working using API

Resolved by opening [https://sandbox.fireblocks.io/v2/](https://sandbox.fireblocks.io/v2/)
